HIGHLIGHTS

It is told that a woman in Naggar village found a mohra while digging in the field. The news spread and people became curious as to whose mohra it is. The goddess appeared in the dream of a villager and revealed herself as Bhatanti devi. People started worshiping her. The devi has a straight (khada) rath with 16 mohras. Devi travels to Vashisht on special occasions on her wish. Old temple is in traditional style made in wood and stone. Devi is said to cure illnesses.
