HIGHLIGHTS

The Deity had four brothers and two sisters. Pachchali once went to hunt with one of his brothers. He killed a calf mistaking it for a deer and took out the liver of the animaland gave half to his brother and kept the other half. His brother then refused to accompany him saying that Pachchali had become untouchable. Pachchali then started living in a pond in the form of a snake in village Mashan. One day a woman came to take water, when she saw a snake there she pricked it with a needle. The snake turned into a boy and started living in Gramag Village. When people came to Know about the incident they started worshipping him.
