HIGHLIGHTS

This Devta very first reached to Bahu from a place named Hidab Matha. Even today he uses to make to and fro and Hariyan of this region has to bear the cost of ‘Bali’ of he-goat towards worship of this Devta. From Bahu he reached to a place name Beemu. In ancient time, there was a temple of this Devta in the middle of the forest which later on turned into ash due to fire. After that, Devta denied to build a temple on the place but Devta is still regarded in the region. Moving forward from here he reached to Bakhari Jot where he met Yoginis and later on reached to a place named Baasu where he met Baasuki Nag. Even today he use to visit these two places and in Bakhadi, Yoginis get worship and in Baasu ‘Bhandara’ (feast) is arranged. From here, this devta passing through places named Dhingu and Tinder reached to Baringcha and incarnated here in the form of Nag showed himself and told that he must be established at the place then he would provide safety of all type to villagers of the area. Then people build a temple and start worship there.
